Ashtanga yoga is named after the 8 limbs of yoga listed in Patanjali's yoga sutras. The method is designed to help the practitioner experience all 8 limbs through the asana practice. Basel has a terrific community of enthusiastic Ashtanga practitioners across many studios. We've come together to highlight different aspects of this wonderful practice, either as an introduction or a deepening of your practice. We're offering special Fall Workshops and Classes, plus below is a list of on-going classes.
